I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Veterinary care. The doctors and staff are all kind and truly amazing. I trust them completely for all of my beloved companion pets care.

Staff and doctors are wonderful here! My adult dog had a skin issue that kept growing and as soon as I called, they found a time that afternoon to get us in! They were so thorough - took a slide of her skin and viewed it in house. After confirming suspicions, we were given medicine (a shot there and additional items to take at home) and a plan to help her on the road to healing. My baby is doing much better already and I am so grateful to everyone at Waterhouse for their attention and assistance! Also, I’ve been using their services for many years (before and during COVID and after). They never talk to me over my head or beneath my level of intelligence. I really do trust their expertise! I took my dog for a medical behavioral assessment and testing for some upcoming travel. The staff was professional, polite and clearly loved animals. Dr Bradhurst was just fantastic. She took the time to discuss everything with me, and she was great with my dog. Recommending this to everyone.
