I had such an amazing experience with this vet. I brought my sick dog in, and the vet took so much time with us—carefully checking him, running the necessary tests, listening to all of my concerns, and explaining everything so thoroughly. I never felt rushed or like just another appointment. The compassion, patience, and genuine care they showed for both my dog and me meant so much. I’m incredibly grateful and highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their patients.

Staff and doctors are wonderful here! My adult dog had a skin issue that kept growing and as soon as I called, they found a time that afternoon to get us in! They were so thorough - took a slide of her skin and viewed it in house. After confirming suspicions, we were given medicine (a shot there and additional items to take at home) and a plan to help her on the road to healing. My baby is doing much better already and I am so grateful to everyone at Waterhouse for their attention and assistance! Also, I’ve been using their services for many years (before and during COVID and after). They never talk to me over my head or beneath my level of intelligence. I really do trust their expertise!
