OUR TEAM

We have assembled a Veterinary support team that we believe is the best in the valley. Each of our staff members is professional, dedicated to our clients and detail oriented to every task that they undertake. Many of our employees have decades of experience in the veterinary field and would work no other place. From our client services representative to the scribes to our treatment team each member recognizes their role in providing the highest quality of Veterinary Care to our clients and their pets. Our dedication to excellence has led to our ongoing AAHA accreditation. We have been voted “Best Veterinarian” by the Fresno Bee People’s Choice Awards for an astonishing 15 times since 2005

We regularly provide continuing education opportunities for all our staff and encourage their participation in conferences and seminars. We believe in encouraging our team members to continue to learn and pursue their passions in and out of the veterinary field. We now have two team members that have earned the designation of RVT, VTS (Dentistry) and one who recently received her certification for Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner. Our RVTs also have a CE allowance that can be used to attend local and national meetings.

Our Team by the Numbers:

15 registered Veterinary Technicians
13 Veterinary Assistance
12 Scribes
15 Client Services Representatives
4 Hospital Attendants Two Clinical Cats...Sterling and Indy

Many of our team members have chosen to work in multiple departments of the hospital. We believe this is a key factor in our success. We have a flexible multi-talented team. You may have an RBT working as a receptionist or as their scribe. Your scribe can also have experience as a Veterinary Assistant or Client Services Representative enabling them to communicate effectively with our clients about a variety of procedures and protocols while you take care of treatment. As a result of the decision to learn multiple rows in the hospital we have a very cohesive team composed of individuals who have appreciation and respect for the roles of other team members.

Our Future

As a practice we have embraced a culture of striving towards excellence. We never stop trying to do more, and to do better. We have invested in cutting-edge technology for the treatment and client areas. We have interactive touch screen boards in each examination room to enable you as a doctor to explain and illustrate to clients the issues that are affecting their pets. The boards also provide clients with dozens of videos and educational resources that they can email to themselves for viewing at home or print right from the screen to the front desk to take information home.

We are also working to have a vibrant responsive online presence. Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for clients to be as involved as they wish in the treatment of their pets. By offering online appointments making, online stores for ordering prescription diets and online pharmacy and a way to request prescription refills for pets online. Through our blog and social media platforms we plan to become a one-Stop cache of educational resources for our client’s.
