Excellent staff and doctors. I came in not long before closing in a bit of an emergency and they went above and beyond to stabilize my dog. They stayed way past closing and were absolutely awesome. I recieved 2 separate calls today to follow up and they seemed genuinely concerned for my dogs well being.

Impressed. First, it was the emailed recommendation to surgeons for my Dauchands potential trauma—after just an inquiry over the phone. Deciding to be seen and treated at Waterhouse made sense with that kind of beyond the call of duty treatment. The competence and kindness continued—no wonder they were the top recommendation my other vets who couldn’t l/wouldn’t see me that day. Thank you Waterhouse. Keep it up!
